Regular followers will know that Michelle Dalley reads the food trade press religiously, but did you know that as Fairfax Meadow’s head of marketing, she writes for the food trade press, so they don’t have to!
Fairfax Meadow is the UK’s leading catering butcher and we’ve been working with them for over three years, since we took them through an initial vision and values brand strategy journey. Michelle has known Fairfax for many years, in fact her very first job was at Fairfax when she was just sixteen! Since then she has worked in sales roles in various food companies in the food manufacturing and distributor sectors, but has always held a torch for that company who gave her the love for the food industry.
When the opportunity arose to work with Fairfax Meadow again it was a thoroughly enjoyable project and Michelle’s extensive experience in the sector meant that we quickly understood the challenges, and opportunities for Fairfax. This meant projects were delivered at a timely pace and with minimum disruption to their business.
Fast forward and now Umami handle all of the design and marketing for Fairfax Meadow, and it’s fair to say they are a fantastic company to work with. We’re so pleased to help them get this coverage in The Caterer, one of the key target food trade magazines for the sector.
