About Umami Design for FoodMichelle Dalley has over 15 years’ experience working primarily in the foodservice industry with major brands and operators across the restaurant, pub and retail sectors. In 2009 Michelle joined creative design agency Creating Media where she quickly built a strong brand reputation by using her sales and marketing experience to develop her creative knowledge, branding experience and understanding on how to make businesses stand out in a digital and print environment. Michelle still retains many high level contacts within the food industry and is keen to make relevant introductions for Umami clients.
Haddon Sullivan has over 15 years’ experience in the creative industry across a range of services including graphic design, branding, website creation, marketing, advertising and publishing. His enthusiasm for all things design is satisfied through acting as Creative Director and overseeing client projects and brain storming creative thinking with the team members. Haddon is keen to produce cutting edge work that is individual to the client and focussed on delivering results.
