Umami are thrilled to be helping with the launch of an exciting new product – Frumtious. We were approached by Ben Smith to create the branding and brand guidelines after a referral from another client. We quickly came up with a range of logos for the real fruit product, trying to capture the young and fresh feel of the product and the team behind it, Ben being a young entrepreneur himself, and showed him lots of different ideas. Looking Forward to 2014 Food Trends and New Work!
So 2013 saw Umami’s first whole year in business – and what a year! We have built a fantastic relationship with Tate & Lyle Sugars – designing their foodservice website www.sugarandsyrup.com and working on the brochure to go with this – still underway. We were also shortlisted for a Monmouthshire Business Award in Excellence in Marketing, though lost out to worthy competition Hicks Logistics (But there’s always 2014 to try again!).
