You will have a close relationship with our Creative Director and/or Sales & Marketing Director as your personal Account Director, and regularly discuss direction and requirements for your marketing with them. Your Account Director would use their years of marketing experience and expertise to develop ideas for various campaigns, based on your aims for your business. They will then personally manage an experienced team consisting of a graphic designer, web developer, programmer and illustrator assigned to work on your account, so all team members working on your account would be highly familiar with your brand style and marketing aims. This allows much more consistency across your full suite of marketing, and gives you a single point of contact for all your work, whether it is website, graphic design, social media, SEO, PPC, illustration, email marketing, infographic, photography, print design or anything else from our suite of design & marketing services.


The mix of services is fully bespoke to each client, for example some may wish to focus on the digital marketing channels of social media, AdWords and SEO, while other may wish to incorporate website management and regular graphic design work to keep their direct marketing fresh and up-to-date. All of this can be designed based around your business aims, and also flexed from month-to-month as your business needs dictate – for example one month you may require a larger graphic design project, or you may be promoting an exciting development within your business (e.g. product launch or event) and need to have a more intensive month using the blend that suits.
